How to: automate WordPress tasks
Running lots of WordPress plugins is generally not the best idea if you care about site performance, but some of us have to do it anyway. Thanks to these tools, you can create and manage groups of WordPress plugins:
Plugin Groups: this tool lets you organize and filter plugins by creating groups.
Plugin Organizer: lets you change the order your plugins are loaded. You can also disable plugins by post type or group plugins.
Plugin Manager: another simple tool that lets you create groups for your plugins. It is also possible to lock plugins.
