CODShield AI Reduces Fake Cash on Delivery Orders

WooCommerce lets you accept all kinds of payment methods. Fake cash on delivery orders can be costly though. The good news is there are plugisn that can verify suspicious orders. Take CODShield AI for instance: it is a nifty AI powered plugins that performs risk checks and holds potentially problematic orders before fulfillment. It supports automated phone calls to ask buyers to confirm or cancel.

This plugin also has a dashboard that lets you visualize orders and revenue trends. You will also be able to see your fraud risk charts to monitor your ratio of legitimate to blocked orders. With WhatsApp order confirmation, messages are sent after orders with confirm/cancel links. To take advantage of Voice IVR confirmation, you need to have the pro version.
