Quik: Magazine Theme for Thesis 2

Thesis 2 made its debut a few months ago. It is one of the best WordPress frameworks around (even though not everyone’s happy with the latest release). We have used Thesis 1.8.x to power many of our own sites. Thesis 2 was a major release though. That means many older Thesis child themes may not work properly with it. Quik for Thesis does not have that issue. This beautiful magazine theme is developed specifically for Thesis 2.

Quik for WordPress is responsive and easy to customize. It will work just fine on iPhone and iPad devices. You can make changes to your template using the Thesis Skin Editor. Quik has multiple article sliders and a jQuery background slideshow behind your content. You get shortcodes, custom widgets, and 6 design schemes to get started. If you know your CSS and PHP, you can further customize the behavior of this template.

Quik does not work on its own. You will need to have Genesis or Thesis installed on your server to get started with this theme. But this is one of the better Thesis magazine themes we have tested.
