Reaction Roulette: Automated Emoji Reactions for WordPress

Adding interactive elements to your website is one way to keep your visitors interested. I came up with Reaction Roulette just for that. The idea here is to show 3 emoji reactions at the end of every post. When a visitor clicks one, WordPress casts a vote and instantly shows live counts. These emojis are rotated every 6 hours on your site.

You can integrate this by using the reaction_roulette shortcode in your post template. For even more features, you can create a leaderboard widget to show posts with the most positive votes. You can store reactions in user meta to stop double voting. It is also possible to award badges to people who have seen all the emojis.
